►Objective: Strengthen the capacities of organizations of key populations and PLHIV (MSM, TS, DU, TG, PLHIV) for the monitoring of their right to health through the collection, analysis of data and advocacy based on evidence.

 ►12 community organizations and PLHIV trained in CLM implementation, leadership, advocacy and project monitoring and evaluation.
